| Shipping Instructions
1. Orders for which Bitark has received full payment will be shipped on a first-paid, first-shipped basis.
2. For pre-order orders, the exact shipping date is subject to factory notification. If there is any update, Bitark will notify the buyer in time.
3. We promise to ship within 7 days after the order is placed, and most orders will be shipped within 48 hours!
4. You are responsible for any customs delays or returns due to lack of proper documentation. It is highly recommended that you know your local customs clearance policy and prepare all customs clearance documents in advance to avoid any customs clearance delays or unexpected costs.
5. We may arrange different courier companies to deliver the goods according to your destination. If you have special requirements for courier companies, please confirm with us in advance.

| Warranty Note
1. Please note that for brand new server, the warranty period is 6 months/12 months from the time of production (depending on the manufacturer's different policies).
2. We will not be held responsible if the user does not use the product in accordance with the instructions, specifications and conditions provided, or if the function of the product is altered.
3. For used servers, we will provide a video of the server's operation before shipment so that you can better view the operating status of the server's computing power. After your acceptance, we will fully communicate with you and arrange for shipment.
